The unit failed after just 4 months. I faced endless back-and-forth with insincere automated emails. After finally agreeing to a refund via a payment platform, they canceled it. They delayed the process until I surpassed the 180-day limit set by the payment platform. The product is poor, and their support is nonexistent. It's better to find another option or endure a more pleasant experience.
