I've encountered the worst customer service. I attempted to cancel an order, but after delays, I was informed that they were trying to cancel it through their warehouse. Ultimately, the unwanted item was delivered. I requested a return immediately, but it took multiple emails to receive an authorization and return label. After tracking showed the item was returned, I received no confirmation. Following up only resulted in being told they would resend an item I never requested. I am still waiting for my refund. Despite eventually receiving it, I had to constantly email and contact my credit card company to resolve the issue. This was a frustrating shopping experience, and I won't be returning.
