Battery died because it is integrated into the unit, so it cannot be repaired. It's not under warranty. Quick responses from customer support, but they offered no solution. Now I'm throwing away a $300+ electronic devise. Very wasteful. Very frustrating!

Disappointing experience with the product

This feels like any other massage gun available, yet it comes with a hefty price tag of $260, which isn't justified. My initial impression was that, despite being marketed as a deep tissue massage gun, it fails to deliver on those claims. Upon unboxing, I noticed a rattling sound, possibly due to a loose part. For $260, I expect a premium product, not a standard massage gun with issues.

Two units arrived faulty, lack of support

I can't believe it, but I've received two brand-new units that were completely non-functional right out of the box. Neither powered on; there was a light but no response. For a company of this size, having the same issue on two different models is unacceptable. Customer service made matters worse, offering no repair options for the first unit and suggesting I just discard it. This experience has led me to lose all confidence in their product quality. I cannot recommend this brand.

Extremely poor customer service experience

I've encountered the worst customer service. I attempted to cancel an order, but after delays, I was informed that they were trying to cancel it through their warehouse. Ultimately, the unwanted item was delivered. I requested a return immediately, but it took multiple emails to receive an authorization and return label. After tracking showed the item was returned, I received no confirmation. Following up only resulted in being told they would resend an item I never requested. I am still waiting for my refund. Despite eventually receiving it, I had to constantly email and contact my credit card company to resolve the issue. This was a frustrating shopping experience, and I won't be returning.

Defective product and poor customer service

I purchased an expensive unit due to positive reviews regarding its app, which was supposed to guide usage and set appropriate treatment levels. However, after a few uses, it stopped connecting to the app via Bluetooth. The replacement unit also failed to connect from the start. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that returns were only honored within the first 30 days of the original purchase. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had.

Unsatisfactory customer service experience

I spent nearly $800 on a product only to find it discounted to $499 less than 24 hours later. I reached out to inquire about a credit or refund instead of returning it and repurchasing. However, customer service was unhelpful, and there was no phone support available—just an email.

Lost faith in the brand

I loved a previous model I bought years ago, but when I recently needed a new one, I couldn't get a sales representative on the phone for product inquiries. I purchased it anyway and was disappointed to find the on/off button malfunctioning right out of the box. I returned it to the retailer. Despite past success, the brand now suffers from poor quality control and customer service.
