I purchased an expensive unit due to positive reviews regarding its app, which was supposed to guide usage and set appropriate treatment levels. However, after a few uses, it stopped connecting to the app via Bluetooth. The replacement unit also failed to connect from the start. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that returns were only honored within the first 30 days of the original purchase. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had.
