The Range offers a wide variety of items in store, and there is certainly plenty of choice. Like many retailers, their website also appears to include drop-shipped products, which can make the overall experience feel a little inconsistent. I have had purchases where items did not arrive, or were later found to be out of stock.
I understand that their website and physical stores seem to operate separately, but customers should not expect online deals to be honoured in store. Following a poor experience with an online order, it became quite a struggle to obtain a refund. I also found the communication frustrating, as each email seemed to be passed around rather than the issue being resolved efficiently in one or two exchanges.
Overall, a mixed experience. Good product range, but the online customer service and aftercare could be much better.
