The parcel was cracked. Customer service is very poor! Tried to senf back and get a new one but they was sending it to the old address on the account, however it was originally delivered to my new address. They do not want to help or understand but say its my fault when it clearly isn't. Apparently I cannot talk to a manager. Very poor
Part of my order was delivered by Royal Mail and it was damaged. I contacted the Range and they were quick to help by refunding me that part, the other items turned up fine.
In utter shock at how appalling the service is. Ordered a corner sofa before Christmas- they took the £1500 from my account. 1/5 of the sofa arrived 8 weeks later. Spoke to 15 different customer service advisors to explain how they had only sent 1/5 of sofa. Not one customer service advisor did anything to help. Replied to the email I sent- acknowledged my concern and that was it. 3 months later still no sofa. Still no refund!! Complete theft!!! Do not shop The Range
Got the beds on 23.02.26.on unopening the beds.there is loads of gray paint missing off the product.might aswell of just bought pine beds not grey.asked to get a partial refund to be told no I have to reassemble and get them collected for a refund.not good customer service.wouldnt recommend and defo wouldnt buy again.try to upload photos but wont let me.
My parcels were supposed to go to 70 woolsington road Ne29 8rs . Still waiting for cat litter no sign of it at all . And one parcel went to 84 woolsington road i am not happy at all as I dont live there and nothing of mine should of been delivered there .
Did click and collect for 3 items from my nearest shop which is 25 miles away , went to collect and was told it wouldn't be ready til tomorrow, I asked if I could take what I needed as I was in the shop and was told I couldn't only if I cancelled the click and collect and buy again in store .
2 points from this
Delivery was next day at an extra 4.99
Click and collect which I thought would be like Argos and could go pretty much immediately is not the case .
2nd point
Why couldn't I just taken off the shelf at the shop , and completed the click and collect that way , when to be honest I assume someone would have gone on the shop floor , taken the items I needed and put them behind the till ready for collection. But I couldn't do that on this occasion .
So I had to cancel the on line click and collect, wait for my refunded money and then buy from the shop .
That is what we call a farce and a faff for 3 small items .
So my advice is don't use click and collect especially from the store in North Wales across the bridge from Anglesey , as they are short staffed and couldn't get anyone to take the items off a shelf and put behind the till . On the plus side , when I contacted the customer service on line they cancelled my order and refunded my account ( within 5 to 10 days ) in the time it had taken me to go across the bridge heading back home . So there you go , don't order on line or click and collect ,waste of time .
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two items online which I then needed to cancel due to my house move being pushed forward. Contacted them and they agreed was ok to cancel. However items still went out for delivery, delivery was refused from myself over the phone and yet they still delivered 1 item to a neighbour without my consent.
Contacted multiple times for over two weeks to ask how to return the item and was repeatedly ignored. The other item was also no where to be seen.
Eventually someone contacted me to arrange collection of the item to which I gave them a collection address. Waited in all day at collection address for them to not arrive and for some ridiculous reason they had arranged collection somewhere else without telling me.
Now they are saying they can only collect from delivery address which is incorrect.
Customer service has been absolutely appalling and it shouldn’t be this difficult to get hold of someone. Will never order again after this
Ordered the garden furniture end of January and delivered 2 weeks later. All in good condition and easy to put together. Cushions of good quality and satisfied with my purchase
I love the Range. Whatever I'm looking for in all things house and garden it's always the Range I visit first. They have such a vast amount of top quality products and some I've never seen anywhere else. They have extremely competitive prices and it's so simple to order. I also like that there are plenty of options of how to pay too and delivery is really fast.
Terrible service part of my order never arrived another part turned up damaged and it’s extreamly hard to get in touch with anyone to resolve issues. Will never be using online services again.
