We had the Hampshire Corner suit with fire pit delivered, spent 3 days putting it all together, a leg off the fire pit was missing so we bought a pack off Amazon, not the end of the world.
The table top looked like it had a bite mark in it, so we tried to get hold of someone from the range! Good luck with that if you have high blood pressure , when we finally got through, after a WhatsApp chat, many e mails, don't even start me on the live chat, I was told to take it all down, yes all down, including the 7 seater sofa, box it up and it will be picked up, and they will send us out a new one!!
So they want us to spend another 3 days putting the new one together, after spending however long taking this one down , maybe 2 and a half days now because we know how to do it!
Ridiculous, just send us out a table top without a bite mark in it
