I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been genuinely awful from start to finish.
The furniture I received was damaged, with multiple issues that clearly should never have passed quality checks. What made things worse was the complete lack of proper customer service afterwards.
My concerns were repeatedly ignored, including my explanations as to why their proposed resolutions were not acceptable. Instead of actually addressing the issues, they continued to offer unsuitable solutions and failed to listen.
I also requested for my complaint to be escalated to a senior member of staff, which was completely ignored. Communication has been incredibly slow throughout, with long delays between responses, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Poor quality products, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
