I placed an order 9.4.26 and never received the item. The website states it will be delivered to my postcode within 3 days. I have contacted the range and finally got a response - there has been a delay..we will notify you when it is dispatched! Order 33615254. Now I’m trying to cancel but the what’s app is managed by a bot at the moment who can’t help.
