Unsatisfactory product and extremely poor customer service

My partner suffers from arthritis and had seen numerous social media ads for a massager, so I decided to get one. The product arrived, but it did not live up to the claims made in the adverts. The design is uncomfortable for the neck, and it left her sore as it doesn't adjust. Their stated returns policy allows for a refund within 14 days, so I contacted them to initiate a return and offered to cover the return shipping. After that, I received no response to my multiple emails with the return address. My only option now is to file for a refund through the payment platform.
