Request for return went unanswered

I requested to return the order due to a defect, but they have not replied. If this issue isn't resolved quickly, I will have to dispute the transaction.

Terrible customer support

I reached out several times. It was a gift that only had one function, and the recipient was disappointed. When I requested to return it, I received repeated requests for the same order number. Eventually, customer support responded, but only to indicate they had received one email about the return. Their responses were unhelpful and rude. The return policy stated in their emails mentions that the package cannot be opened. How can one assess if the product meets expectations without opening it? Save your money; there are better options available elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

Unsatisfactory product and extremely poor customer service

My partner suffers from arthritis and had seen numerous social media ads for a massager, so I decided to get one. The product arrived, but it did not live up to the claims made in the adverts. The design is uncomfortable for the neck, and it left her sore as it doesn't adjust. Their stated returns policy allows for a refund within 14 days, so I contacted them to initiate a return and offered to cover the return shipping. After that, I received no response to my multiple emails with the return address. My only option now is to file for a refund through the payment platform.
