I've been using TherapyNotes for about 5 years. It's a great product and I can't say enough about their tech support. They have walked me through SO many things. I really like the new AI for note writing; it's a game changer for sure. Overall, I would say tech support and user friendliness are my favorite things about TNs. I've also used Simple Practice but I found it clunky, complicated, and not user friendly at all.
