I was doing my billing on a Sunday, a much dreaded task, and needed support on how to use therapy fuel for my treatment plans. I call for support and got the most pleasant custmer service representative who spent all the time I needed to figure out how to enable the old TX plans for therapy fuel. On Saturdays, the support team appeared quite occupied. Although I'm not very tech-savvy, I couldn't reach them by phone, so they sent me an email outlining the steps to log in and how to utilize the code information. This was actually more beneficial than a phone call since I tend to forget details. I printed their response, which was clear and straightforward, making it easy for me to follow. I truly appreciated their help.
I've been using TherapyNotes for about 5 years. It's a great product and I can't say enough about their tech support. They have walked me through SO many things. I really like the new AI for note writing; it's a game changer for sure. Overall, I would say tech support and user friendliness are my favorite things about TNs. I've also used Simple Practice but I found it clunky, complicated, and not user friendly at all.
