ABSOLUTELY FAKE!!!! Friend of mine referred me to Therapy Pet because it worked for her. I filled out their questionnaire, paid $149.99 and NEVER received my ESA letter. I submitted payment March 29th and called every day up until April 8th asking about my ESA letter. Customer service kept saying they were looking into it. At one point they sent an email saying I would get my ESA letter that same night, NOTHING. I gave up, I called my credit card company who is now working to revert the $149.99 charge. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not give this company your money. **You've Been Warned**
