I ordered my results to be looked at by a therapist on August 13 and never received any information on said letter until I called on August 23 (10 days later). They never answered. I had to leave a voicemail. They called back the next day and said my letter was just getting to a therapist on the 22nd. I emailed and called numerous more times about updates of the letter. Nothing. Finally I call them on September 5 to cancel my letter and get my money back. And they try to keep me as a "client" by telling me I'm suppose to receive my letter the day after. Maybe my letter was gonna show up the day after but I cancelled and will never know. Regardless communication between them and I was minimal to non existent,even when requested for updates just about every week.
