I can only give one star for the taste of the food at the Edinburgh location. We ordered the moussaka, but neither I nor my four friends could identify it as the dish we expected. The topping resembled a jelly-like substance that was meant to be cheese, lacking flavor and having an odd, gelatinous texture rather than a creamy sauce. There was also no distinct taste of aubergine. The Greek salad had minimal cheese, and the chicken skewers were both flavorless and poorly textured. Despite being a group from various backgrounds, none of us enjoyed the meal. On a brighter note, the team there was polite and friendly.
