When I followed up, I found out my package had been "damaged" and that the record was sold out, so my order couldn't be fulfilled. After all that waiting, it felt futile. It's strange that the damaged package was only noted after my inquiry. It seems they intended to keep my money, hoping I would forget about my order. I’ve ordered from many international retailers and never encountered such a frustrating experience. I would advise against them for international purchases.
