I Had a brilliant customer experience with Record Hub. I bought my wife the latest Taylor Swift album for Christmas, bought it as soon as it was out and held it over for Christmas, turns out there was a skip in the first song! The return policy quoted 15 days so I was well past that but said I'd contact Record Hub and keep my fingers crossed. A lovely person called Helen looked after me, no issues, didn't even have the hassle of boxing off and returning the original. Was offered a full refund as the album was out of stock or I could hold on for it to come back in stock. Decided to wait and Helen actually contacted me as soon as it was back in stock. I waited around three months for my order, and when I opted to switch to a different courier, I encountered silence for a week. When I followed up, I was informed that my package had been "damaged" and that the record was now sold out, so it couldn't be fulfilled. After all that waiting, it felt pointless. It's odd that the damaged package was only acknowledged after I inquired. It seems like they intended to keep my money, hoping I would forget about the order. I've shopped with many international retailers and never faced such a frustrating situation. I would recommend avoiding them for international orders.
