I Had a brilliant customer experience with Record Hub. I bought my wife the latest Taylor Swift album for Christmas, bought it as soon as it was out and held it over for Christmas, turns out there was a skip in the first song! The return policy quoted 15 days so I was well past that but said I'd contact Record Hub and keep my fingers crossed. A lovely person called Helen looked after me, no issues, didn't even have the hassle of boxing off and returning the original. Was offered a full refund as the album was out of stock or I could hold on for it to come back in stock. Decided to wait and Helen actually contacted me as soon as it was back in stock.
