The team demonstrates a high level of unprofessionalism. Even when workers show up 15–20 minutes early, they are frequently informed that their names are not on the list. When inquiries are made, the staff fail to provide clear answers and lack accountability. In some instances, workers are criticized for arriving early, despite prior instructions to do so. I began my first shift on November 21st, and as of December 16th, I have yet to receive payment. Communication is lacking, and the team's demeanor is often aggressive and unhelpful, with the exception of one individual who was professional and cooperative. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
