I had a wonderful experience with the agency. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. The team demonstrates a high level of unprofessionalism. Even when workers show up 15–20 minutes early, they are frequently informed that their names are not on the list. When inquiries are made, the staff fail to provide clear answers and lack accountability. In some instances, workers are criticized for arriving early, despite prior instructions to do so. I began my first shift on November 21st, and as of December 16th, I have yet to receive payment. Communication is lacking, and the team's demeanor is often aggressive and unhelpful, with the exception of one individual who was professional and cooperative. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
When I was asked to confirm a shift, I was met with shouting, and shortly before the shift began, I was warned that a lack of response would result in a P45. I've never encountered an agency that resorts to such threats. They also miss payments for shifts, and when I inquired about it, they simply went silent.
This has been the most frustrating agency experience I have ever had! The representative from the department was extremely rude and did not reply to messages. After just two days of working with them, I was told there were no shifts available for me, with no explanation given. I left my previous job for this opportunity, so I highly recommend not wasting your time with this agency! It feels like a slave agency.
