Ordered a retro Netherlands kit, email received saying the kit I had ordered was not available, fair enough - it happens. Offered an alternative kit of which they got back to me saying they’d check if it was in stock, alas, 7 days later, no response. Sent multiple follow ups, including a request for a refund following the complete silence, still nothing heard. Avoid this company at all costs - like lots of people have recommended on TrustPilot already. UPDATE: like others, as soon as this review was posted and the PayPal refund request was made, Retro Kits have reached out to provide much needed comms and have subsequently dispatched the order. Their kit choice is vast, their comms are woefully inadequate.
