The delivery timeframe was stated as 4 to 9 days, so once that period passed, I began emailing them to cancel my order due to misleading advertising and requested a refund, hoping to document their lack of response. I received no replies. I had to wait a month to contact my bank for a chargeback (at least in Canada, that's the waiting period). I eventually received my package on December 31. The bank advised me not to open it and noted that, even with delivery, they failed to meet the promised timeframe. I hope you manage to retrieve your funds.
