The shipping took an incredibly long time, and now customer support has completely stopped responding. It seems like the company is no longer operational. They were supposed to send a replacement, but that turned out to be untrue. This has certainly taught me a hard lesson about drop shipping scams.
This company engages in deceitful practices by rebranding items worth $40 and selling them for $99. The product arrived defective, and after I requested a return label and a refund, they blocked my access. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my payment provider.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AND REQUEST A CHARGE BACK IMMEDIATELY I placed an order on November 26 with a fast delivery option to ensure it arrived by Christmas. The delivery timeframe was stated as 4 to 9 days, so once that period passed, I began emailing them to cancel my order due to misleading advertising and requested a refund, hoping to document their lack of response. I received no replies. I had to wait a month to contact my bank for a chargeback (at least in Canada, that's the waiting period). I eventually received my package on December 31. The bank advised me not to open it and noted that, even with delivery, they failed to meet the promised timeframe. I hope you manage to retrieve your funds.
It took 4 weeks to arrive instead of the promised 10 days. The console is fantastic, and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, the company has closed down, but you can find the same product from various other providers. I recommend doing some research before making a purchase. I would consider buying again from a more reliable retailer! Overall, I’m pleased with the product—it brings back pure 90s nostalgia! However, the service from this company was quite poor, which explains their closure. Just be cautious about where you decide to purchase the product.
It can be somewhat confusing to navigate initially, and a few games have glitches. Additionally, there are duplicates of certain games among the options, which means the total number of games isn't as high as advertised. However, it functions quite well, and the display quality is impressive.
My order did not arrive, and their website states that if it doesn't show up within 35 business days, a refund will be processed. It's been more than 35 business days, and I still haven't received my refund. I am initiating a chargeback for this purchase.

I'm thrilled with the RetroSnap mini camera! I ordered a pair to gift one to my spouse and the other to my sister-in-law, as they both adore vintage-style photography. I'm so pleased I did because they are both delighted with them. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product! Five stars!
