I received a pair of heated socks as a gift last Christmas. They seemed fine initially. The following season, one sock stopped heating, so I contacted customer support. After several exchanges, they refused to replace it without the original receipt, which we couldn't locate. Additionally, they indicated that after two years, no assistance would be provided, which is disappointing for a product used only a few months each year and priced so high. I'm very dissatisfied with both the product's quality and the support received. I've used similar products for years without facing a claim denial when something went wrong.
