I received a pair of heated socks as a gift last Christmas, and they worked well initially. However, when winter came again, one sock failed to heat. I contacted customer support, but after multiple exchanges, they refused to replace it without the original purchase receipt, which we couldn't find. They also stated that after two years, they wouldn't assist at all, which is quite frustrating for such an expensive product used only a few months each year. I'm very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the support received. I've used similar items for years without ever having a claim denied when a product malfunctioned.

I've purchased five batteries and three pairs of socks in the last two years. Three of the batteries no longer recharge after this time. Two out of the three sock pairs no longer conduct electricity. This product is extremely overpriced, and I personally wouldn't purchase it again.
The staff were courteous and attempted to assist me in finding a better size sock, as the one I purchased was too large. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct size available. However, after discussing, I managed to find the right size sock from another supplier.
