I ordered boots on the 16th of November. The tracking shows they have been at the same transit airport since the 23rd. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and, like others, have been told there's a slight delay and they are on their way. They seem either lost or stuck for nearly two weeks. I was informed this was due to the holiday season, in November? I was advised I can return for a refund, but how can I return something I haven't received? I inquired about the expected wait time but received no confirmation. Very unsatisfactory service, leaving me concerned about its legitimacy.
