Review Time
Took nearly a month to arrive but they were comfortable from the off. I’m a dog trainer/Mantrailing instructor so I’m out in the muddy fields a lot of the time walking a good distance daily and so far (been a week) they have been comfortable and dry.
Great boots, definitely keep your feet warm, dry and very toasty.. the only thing stopping a full 5 star is that they are very wide (and I have wide feet!) to they are quite loose.. that being said as a uk scuba diver that also makes them perfect for boat boots to wear between dives!!
My wife mentioned these out as something she wanted for camping. I bought them for Christmas for her. They arrived a bit after Christmas but I didn't order them until 12-23... I'm slow. They got hung up in shipping because our country has become kind of stupid I think. They're better quality than I thought they'd be. They're amazing my wife says. She's a happy camper and our service re, Claire was amazing. Thanks!
These boots are fantastic. They have kept my feet warm during the recent snowfall and in muddy areas. They are easy to clean and incredibly comfortable! My only concern is that the zippers don't handle mud very well. I really hope the company considers making a taller version, possibly with a reinforced toe cap? This has been my best purchase of 2025.
These boots are very warm and perfect for walking dogs during the winter months. We were supposed to receive free insoles with our order of three pairs, but we only received one set in a larger size. It would have been more helpful if they had asked for our preferred size for the insoles. Additionally, they mentioned a delivery time of 3-5 days, but it actually took three weeks due to high demand after Black Friday. It would have been reassuring to have this communicated upfront, as I initially felt a bit scammed. Despite this, I would still order again, but clearer communication would enhance the experience.
The communication was excellent. I needed to reach out via email a couple of times due to the delayed arrival of my items, but I received quick responses each time. The boots I ordered were definitely worth the wait; they are ideal for my needs as a dog walker.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely disgusted that I fell for this companies advertising promises! I had placed an order for 3 pairs of waterproof boots on 2nd December for Christmas gifts. I received a email payment confirmation and that was that, no delivery confirmation, no date of delivery. Its been almost a month and I have sent about 20 emails to the support team, I have received only 3 emails back, that they were back logged with black Friday or its the couriers fault, but surely once they had shipped to courier I should have got an email to confirm this but I never! They had stated they would give me a replacement but again, no email confirmation on this! Very bad experience on my behalf, I would advise to stay away from this company and their false promises and order from a more reputable franchise!
This is a complete scam. I took advantage of their promotion, received an order number, and then got a message stating there was a delay due to high demand. After that, I received no further information and my inquiries went unanswered. I will be reporting this company. They are major deceivers, steer clear!
While browsing on social media, I came across these boots and thought they looked perfect for warmth! I ordered them, expecting they wouldn't arrive in time for the holidays, but to my surprise, they did! I've worn them for a few days now and haven't wanted to take them off; they're incredibly warm and easy to put on and take off. I even told my son, 'You need to get a pair of these; they're fantastic!' Now he has ordered some too! 😁😁
The boots are of decent quality, but the sizes tend to be a bit smaller than expected. I recommend ordering at least one size up. There was no information provided regarding the delivery date; they simply arrived after a reasonable time following the order. I would consider purchasing from this service again.
