I would give no stars if that were an option. I placed an order for boots on December 1st. I received several emails apologizing for the dispatch delay. After that, I requested a cancellation through customer support, only to be informed that the items had already been dispatched. When I asked for tracking details, my inquiries were ignored. I also checked a shipping app, which states the items were delivered on November 14th—quite remarkable considering I ordered them on December 1st. I am still trying to obtain a refund.
