If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely disgusted that I fell for this companies advertising promises! I had placed an order for 3 pairs of waterproof boots on 2nd December for Christmas gifts. I received a email payment confirmation and that was that, no delivery confirmation, no date of delivery. Its been almost a month and I have sent about 20 emails to the support team, I have received only 3 emails back, that they were back logged with black Friday or its the couriers fault, but surely once they had shipped to courier I should have got an email to confirm this but I never! They had stated they would give me a replacement but again, no email confirmation on this! Very bad experience on my behalf, I would advise to stay away from this company and their false promises and order from a more reputable franchise!
