The company refused to honor their warranty. I received a wall oven that malfunctioned right out of the box, a gift from my family who purchased it online. After providing the requested receipt and video of the issue, I was told I wouldn't receive a replacement because it was bought on eBay. They claimed they only sell on specific platforms, despite evidence showing they sell to various retailers. They should honor warranties for any new product regardless of the retailer.
