The website advertised a "30-day hassle-free" return policy, but it has taken numerous emails, many of which were ignored, to initiate a return. They first requested pictures and videos of the unit. Then, I received responses stating they hoped I wouldn’t return it, claiming it would be a loss for them. Initially, they stated I would be responsible for shipping, but later mentioned a charge for "product depreciation" based on an unshared return policy. They have yet to provide any information on where to send the unit, making it anything but hassle-free.
