I canceled my order due to lengthy shipping times at the beginning of October. I received an email stating my package was on its way, despite no shipping label being created, and they refused to accept the cancellation. After waiting a long time, I was told I couldn't refuse the package, which finally arrived in November. The customer service was unhelpful and rude, making it clear they were annoyed that I wanted a refund. Returning the package cost me $15 since they don't provide a free shipping label, even if it’s unopened. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back, and although I kept the shipping receipt as proof, I still haven’t received all my money back. I do not recommend this company. I also received a suspicious text message from them asking for $80 per hour to discuss my issue, which I did not fall for.
