I experienced no issues with this company, which is a contrast to my experiences with others. Their customer service has been excellent, and I would recommend them to friends and family. The quality of this device is outstanding, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
I canceled my order due to lengthy shipping times at the beginning of October. I received an email stating my package was on its way, despite no shipping label being created, and they refused to accept the cancellation. After waiting a long time, I was told I couldn't refuse the package, which finally arrived in November. The customer service was unhelpful and rude, making it clear they were annoyed that I wanted a refund. Returning the package cost me $15 since they don't provide a free shipping label, even if it’s unopened. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back, and although I kept the shipping receipt as proof, I still haven’t received all my money back. I do not recommend this company. I also received a suspicious text message from them asking for $80 per hour to discuss my issue, which I did not fall for.
I echo others' sentiments about poor customer service. They list a phone number on their website, but it doesn't work, forcing you to rely on email. When they did respond, the replies were curt. I used the product for three weeks and it caused issues in my body. While my legs felt lighter, their appearance did not change, and they returned to normal after discontinuing use. I emailed within 60 days to request a refund but received no reply. I believe I was supposed to return the product within that time frame for a refund, but I couldn't even reach them by phone.
