We ordered a desk from The Rustic Grove for everyday use, for two people working from home.Once the desk arrived we were a little concerned that the finish was not hard wearing enough for everyday use. Having expressed our concern to the team, we received an excellent detailed response from Ryan helping us to choose a new hard wax oil based finish which is much better suited to our needs.As well as the great and timely response, we also received a very generous offer to swap out the top free of charge for one with a different finish. We had also decided by this stage that we could do with a bigger size, and the guys offered us this new size at no extra cost, as a gesture of goodwill. It is very rare to find companies today that offer such personal, empathetic customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.We are very happy with our new beautiful custom desk, made from gorgeous wood.
