If I could give zero I would! I ordered a dress and sent it back because it was flimsy and cheap and couldn’t figure out how to put the dress on. I messaged before sending back the dress asking about how I should do this. After a few days I had a reply saying it’s not a problem. This was in February! I messaged them not being rude or anything no response. So I started to message via their stories posted. Because they can post but can’t reply to me as a customer. Any how after asking about my refund because I returned signed for and it showed delivered I got blocked. This is why some of you so called businesses will not prosper because no customer service and just down right rude. I got my refund finally today hence why I’m writing this honest review and my experience with The Savvycollectiv. I will not be purchasing nothing from them again and I do not recommend.
