If I could give zero I would! I ordered a dress and sent it back because it was flimsy and cheap and couldn’t figure out how to put the dress on. I messaged before sending back the dress asking about how I should do this. After a few days I had a reply saying it’s not a problem. This was in February! I messaged them not being rude or anything no response. So I started to message via their stories posted. Because they can post but can’t reply to me as a customer. Any how after asking about my refund because I returned signed for and it showed delivered I got blocked. This is why some of you so called businesses will not prosper because no customer service and just down right rude. I got my refund finally today hence why I’m writing this honest review and my experience with The Savvycollectiv. I will not be purchasing nothing from them again and I do not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give this site a one…

I wouldn’t even give this site a one star if I didn’t have too. I ordered 2 outfits from them since the 25th of march and paid for next day delivery but up till now I haven’t recieved any email from themAside a condemnation email for my order. I have sent them a message twice requesting a full refund as the outfit will no longer serve a purpose and still no response. Customer service is appalling and I feel the whole site is a complete scam.

Avoid at all costs!

The refund policy is not explicit when ordering. Despite this, the website refuses to comply with UK law, so if ordering, be prepared to not receive any details on how to return as the proclaim that all orders are final. Any clothes that they send, do not come labelled or tagged, and there is no way of ascertaining that any items are new and unworn. Judging by the ratings on here, this is a ‘no go’ brand. I’ll send my item to charity, but NEVER again.

Don’t even bother purchasing from here…

Saw the Valentina minidress and fell in love. The fabric is nothing like it looks in the pictures. I ordered a M-L and the ruched material was so baggy, to the point where I wasn’t 100% sure if sizing down would even fix the issue, or if it was just the way the dress is made (definitely nothing like the pictures). Anyway I emailed as instructed on the website to get the exchange details since you can’t get a refund. I got no response. I emailed again, no response. On the website it gives you 3 working days to return the dress (under the Customer Contracts Regulation 2013, the customer can refund an item without even giving a reason within 14 days bare in mind). This timeframe had been and gone, but I still wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. This was my birthday dress, so I was absolutely gutted. Not only is the outfit nothing like the pictures, but the customer service is shocking. I ended up getting an identical dress that fitted properly elsewhere.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. They do not return.I ordered a gorgeous blue and green butterfly print, Asian inspired, key hole dress. Dress is very Ill fitting and not flattering at all. The measurements are completely off!Very baggy at the stomach giving no shape to the waist and the key hole was so large my nips were on show. Luckily I studied fashion and managed to take the waist in myself but there was still a problem with the large key hole. Added some hook and eye to the bust, but as the Fabric is such a thin- mesh-polyester material some threading became loose! I had to cut the dress from the bottom to add the the bust! Never again!!Way too much work for a £60 dress!!!

No response to emails.

Ordered a co ord and it didn’t fit. Emailed them to get an exchange, they responded with their return details and sent it back. They sent me back the same size! I have emailed them a few times regarding this to get it resolved but they have not bothered to respond.

Quality is bad and they will not get in touch with you regarding exchanges or returns, so you’re such with low quality crap you’ll never wear

Do not buy the sets, material are really poor quality. And apparently they do not do refunds nor exchanges.
