Despite this, the website refuses to comply with UK law, so if ordering, be prepared to not receive any details on how to return as the proclaim that all orders are final. Any clothes that they send, do not come labelled or tagged, and there is no way of ascertaining that any items are new and unworn. Judging by the ratings on here, this is a ‘no go’ brand. I’ll send my item to charity, but NEVER again.
