I placed an order after the Black Friday deal and yet till date I haven't received my order. I have been trying to reach Scent Reserve since then and I needed the perfumes before travelling and I got disappointed. I haven't gotten an email back and I have sent over 6 emails since I ordered. Its ridiculous and I wont recommend to anyone. How can a company not have a contact number at least? Do you really care for your customers?
