I was fortunate to buy during a BOGOF promotion before christmas and boy I was not dissappointed.
The scent of what I purchased is spot on and it lasts a long time too. I get so many comments of how nice it is.
I was a bit aprehensive of ordering to start because I have never used Scent Reserve before but I am glad I did. Transactuon was simple, postage was super fast.
Great value for money. Will be back soon.

I cannot stress enought how bad the customer service is. Its such as shame as the product is good but i cannot continue to do business with a company that cannot get the basics right.

Ordered christmas time and got the perfumes. One of them was wrong so i emailed on 1st Jan and every week after that with no responce.

21st Jan i get an email saying a replacement will be sent.

Now 21st Feb and over 3 months since the order was placed. No resolution, no tracking number for the "replacement", no coms. Its just really dissappointing. Do better or your company will not succeed. You need to invest in your staff to drive the business from the product point and customer service. They play equal parts.

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I ordered several perfumes to use and gift in December, but it took a long time despite my repeated inquiries about shipping. When they finally notified me of the dispatch, I stayed home but never received it. Upon following up, I felt ignored, and the postal service advised me to reach out to them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I would give this service no stars if I could. They remove every single negative comment across their social media platforms. If you're researching this service before buying, take my advice and save your money. I placed my order on Boxing Day, December 28th. After thanking me for my order, they went silent for two weeks. I sent an email, but they ignored it, despite their claim of a 24-hour response time, which is clearly misleading. On January 10th, I received a delivery email stating that only 6 of the 8 items would arrive. On January 12th, the delivery came, but two of the items were wrong. I emailed the service and waited five days with no response. A deal is worthless if you don't receive what you paid for. After writing a review on a feedback platform, it became clear this is a poorly run business. They ignore complaints and seem to believe they can operate without customer service. They continuously provide subpar service and then delete any negative feedback, leaving a barren social media presence. As evident from their responses, they offer generic replies that don't address the actual issues raised, highlighting their lack of customer care. They need to significantly enhance their communication and logistics. I'm now contacting my bank and reporting them to trading standards through a consumer advice service.

Disappointing experience with my order

I decided to purchase 3 bottles along with an extra one for £10 as a gift, but they sent me the wrong items, including a male version that I did not order. I also did not receive the extra bottle I paid for. I reached out multiple times via email but received no response, making this a complete waste of time and money. I will not be ordering from this service again and will ensure to leave a negative review on all their advertisements. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited a long time for my order, only to receive half of what I expected, and the other half consisted of random perfumes that were not what I ordered. I had ordered eight, but only two had a pleasant scent; one had no scent at all, and another was nothing like what I wanted. I've tried similar products before, but this was by far the worst. Although the support team responded regarding a refund, nothing has been processed, and my emails are going unanswered! I placed my order in November and have been trying to resolve this issue for too long. A truly frustrating experience. Avoid making a purchase here!

I placed an order and the customer service is non-existent. I've been waiting far too long for my order and have emailed the support team three times—yet not a single response! Additionally, I want to return one item because it smells awful, like a toilet cleaner, when it was supposed to be a premium fragrance. And once again, no replies to my emails. I placed an order after the Black Friday deal and yet till date I haven't received my order. I have been trying to reach Scent Reserve since then and I needed the perfumes before travelling and I got disappointed. I haven't gotten an email back and I have sent over 6 emails since I ordered. Its ridiculous and I wont recommend to anyone. How can a company not have a contact number at least? Do you really care for your customers?

Disappointing delivery experience

I placed my order on December 16th, as the website indicated it would be dispatched and delivered before Christmas. Unfortunately, that was not the case! I did not receive any emails notifying me of delays; it was only after I reached out to inquire about my order that I learned there were issues with dispatching. I received an apology, but that didn’t help, as like many others, I ordered these items for Christmas! Eventually, I got a response that it would be dispatched as soon as possible, but it only arrived on the 27th. Very disappointing! I won’t be ordering again.
