I placed an order and the customer service is non-existent. I've been waiting far too long for my order and have emailed the support team three times—yet not a single response! Additionally, I want to return one item because it smells awful, like a toilet cleaner, when it was supposed to be a premium fragrance. And once again, no replies to my emails. This feels like a scam!
