I cannot stress enought how bad the customer service is. Its such as shame as the product is good but i cannot continue to do business with a company that cannot get the basics right.
Ordered christmas time and got the perfumes. One of them was wrong so i emailed on 1st Jan and every week after that with no responce.
21st Jan i get an email saying a replacement will be sent.
Now 21st Feb and over 3 months since the order was placed. No resolution, no tracking number for the "replacement", no coms. Its just really dissappointing. Do better or your company will not succeed. You need to invest in your staff to drive the business from the product point and customer service. They play equal parts.
