I really hoped these sponges would help reduce our plastic use, but in my first box, three sponges were poorly manufactured, with the sponge not properly attached to the loofah. Despite the high price, quality control seems lacking. I've also faced issues with the sponges disintegrating quickly, and customer service has been unresponsive after my initial contact.
