Slow delivery of product and extremely poor customer service!Product ordered for Christmas present in November and arrived on Christmas Eve.No towel, only the shader Extremely disappointed as this was a package! As with the other reviewers experiences, have emailed a number of times and have not received a reply or apology for failing to send advertised package . No phone number for a help line available Will be reporting to Australian consumer authorities and Facebook advertising 😡
