Product ordered for Christmas present in November and arrived on Christmas Eve.
No towel, only the shader
Extremely disappointed as this was a package! As with the other reviewers experiences, have emailed a number of times and have not received a reply or apology for failing to send advertised package . No phone number for a help line available
Will be reporting to Australian consumer authorities and Facebook advertising 😡

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still no…

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still no delivery when Sendle is saying it is ready to despatch. I tried contacting them via email and the chat and had no reply back. The Shade have no contact numbers, so I sent them an email twice and also via Instagram and still no reply. SCAM!!

Did not receive order - no response from business

I ordered a twin shader pack on 9 Jan 2026. Have not received the items.I emailed "hello @ shader.com.au" (only contact details available) three times with no response.The website has little useful info, and support is unresponsive. I've reported Scamwatch and Consumer Affairs Victoria, as I believe this may be a fraudulent business.I cannot recommend ordering from Shader Australia.

The only reason they have 1 star is because I had to give it so I could do a review on this bogas company I ordered the twin shades the end if December, still haven't received After looking at the reviews obviously not going to !! I've emailed numerous times with no response!!

Beware. Scam Company!

Beware! The Shader may have been legit at some point, but they are a scam company now. Items were not shipped, website permanently says order "Unfullfilled". There is no phone number to contact merchant. Customer service links on website do not work. Emails sent to shop front via Shop return as undeliverable. Numerous emails to company email address are not responded to. Had to file a dispute with my credit card for a refund. Lots of other people on Facebook who got scammed and did not receive their orders either - some are still waiting after 4 months. It is a shame because it's a great concept. I wound up finding something similar on Shein for $16, not as nice but at least I know I will actually get it.

SCAM

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Ordered $100 worth of products that I never received back in November 2025 for a Christmas present. It is now 8 weeks later and I have sent 6 emails to two different emails accounts they have and no response at all. Can’t get a refund and can’t get the products. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

Scam-Do not order from Shader Australia-Products never recieved

Ordered products in November 2025 for daughter's Christmas present. They never arrived. I emailed customer support many times and had no response. I then received a text saying my items were delivered which they were not. This company is a SCAM. Will be reporting them.
