I’m leaving this review on behalf of my mum who placed an order with Sante Studios.The order was shipped via FedEx but was never delivered. My mum has been chasing FedEx since 10th December and opened a formal case with them. FedEx have now confirmed they are unable to locate the parcel, have closed the case, and advised her to contact the sender directly.My mum contacted Sante Studios by email and direct message and provided a copy of the FedEx confirmation. At the time of writing, payment has been taken, but no product has been delivered and no refund or replacement has been offered, despite multiple attempts to make contact.This order was intended as a Christmas present and, due to the lack of communication and resolution, it did not arrive in time for Christmas.Losing a parcel can happen, but the complete lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. This has been ongoing for weeks and has required constant chasing with no outcome.Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering.
