Review Time
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mum who placed an order with the company. The order was shipped via a courier service but was never delivered. My mum has been following up with them since December 10th and has opened a formal case. They have now confirmed they cannot locate the parcel, closed the case, and advised her to reach out to the sender directly. My mum reached out to the company through email and direct message, providing a copy of the courier confirmation. As of now, payment has been processed, but no product has arrived, and no refund or replacement has been offered, despite numerous attempts to get in touch. This order was meant to be a Christmas gift, and the lack of communication and resolution meant it didn’t arrive in time for the holiday. While losing a parcel can occur, the complete absence of communication and failure to address the issue is unacceptable. This has dragged on for weeks and has required constant follow-ups with no resolution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend placing an order.
Very happy with the two sweaters I ordered, they feel like good quality and the fit is perfect. I ordered my usual size.I did have a similar experience with the shipping taking longer than stated. I placed my order on November 28th, and on December 6th I emailed to ask where it was since the 3–5 day shipping window had passed. I then received an automated response.Eventually, on December 8th I got the shipping confirmation, and on December 11th my order arrived in good condition.

FedEx have now confirmed they are unable to locate the parcel, have closed the case, and advised her to contact the sender directly.My mum contacted Sante Studios by email and direct message and provided a copy of the FedEx confirmation. At the time of writing, payment has been taken, but no product has been delivered and no refund or replacement has been offered, despite multiple attempts to make contact.This order was intended as a Christmas present and, due to the lack of communication and resolution, it did not arrive in time for Christmas.Losing a parcel can happen, but the complete lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. This has been ongoing for weeks and has required constant chasing with no outcome.Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering.
bought two t-shirts and I was not satisfied at all because there were stitching defects. I contacted customer service to return them, and they told me to pay the shipping fee and that they would refund me once the package reached them. But that’s not what happened. I paid the shipping fee and sent the package, and now they claim they never received it, so they didn’t issue the refund. They are not reliable.
