I bought a tumble dryer from this company as an ex display. A few marks advised on the machine which was fine. On first use of the machine, water started leaking from underneath. It's clearly a faulty machine and not just ex display. I now believe the company is a scam after reading the comments on Trust pilot from other customers. I now have little hope of the machine being replaced. I did email and received an email back saying the machine would be replaced with new last Friday. After not receiving confirmation from AIT (delivery company) I emailed again. I have now sent 4 emails and not a single reply.I will update this review if I hear back from shop@home and after it's been replaced.Please do not waste your money, I paid £280 which I believe I will not see again.
