Bought a fridge freezer with a years warranty, after a few months it stopped working and all of our food perished, after three or more messages to the company on the website I was given a wrong email repeatedly and no help (eventually they just stopped responding) I sent three or more emails explaining the situation and it has been weeks or more with absolutely no response, this company is no good - it has now been months with no help and the fridge freezer after completely breaking down and becoming dangerous had to be removed, I would never use this company again.Update - they Contacted me after leaving a review within hours to say they have switched their email, and that is why there was no help, no where did they mentioning their own staff were giving giving out the wrong email multiple times or the fact that I had emailed the address that they provided in their own email twice and it was still ignored.
