I originally used Trustpilot and other social media channels to try to force a reply from theshopathome and it worked, receiving a telephone call the same day. A customer should not have to resort to such action and a company should not be organised in a way to require such action. I did promise the company that if the product was delivered as scheduled and as described that I would update my post on Trustpilot. Both the latter happened as promised. The communication from the courier was excellent as was the product. This outlet model has the potential to do well if it recognises customer communication is key to a successful business.
